Hello,

I can’t get the Andiamo control to appear in AbleSet.
All my machines have static IP addresses in the 192.168.2.X/24 range. The Andiamo is connected to the network via the Management port, not an Audio IP port.
For your information, I am also using an iConnectivity PA1U in my setup, which shows up correctly in AbleSet.
Is there any step I might have missed to get it to appear?

Hey @clmtfrt,

Thank you for your feedback! Could you send me a log package so I can take a closer look at this issue? You can create one by opening AbleSet’s status window, clicking the settings icon on the top right, and then selecting “Create Log Package”.

I’ve built the Andiamo integration purely based on DirectOut’s specs as I don’t have an Andiamo myself to test with, so there might still be some issues with the communication.
