Stop description cues are played although disabled in settings

Problem is stated in the heading. I believe settings are correct. Nevertheless, after “Trag den Scheiß” is finished, the voice says “Ansage”. Am I missing something?

Hey @jankap,

A couple of things that would help us narrow it down:

1. Where does the stop description come from?
Stop descriptions can be set in two places: the Stop Description field in the Setlist Editor (three-dot menu on the song), or as a description in curly braces on the song’s SONG END locator in Ableton (e.g. SONG END {Ansage}). Could you check which one applies in your case?

2. Are you running more than one machine?
If you’re using AbleNet with a second computer, could you check the Cues Settings on that machine as well?

And just to be safe, could you please create a Log Package? You can create a log package by opening AbleSet’s icon tray, clicking the gear icon, and then selecting “Create Log Package”. Please make sure to include your project files as well (just the .als files, no audio needed). To send the files, you can upload them to AbleSet’s support inbox.

Once again, thanks a ton for your quick reply.

The stop descriptions come only from the setlist editor’s edit field, not from Ableton. I’ll try the Ableton approach in a sec.

I’m not running on more than one machine currently. Single Laptop, running all.

Log package will take a few minutes :slight_smile:

Awesome! Good you seem to have found it so quickly :slight_smile: Any chance to back port it to 3.1.x or is that out of scope? We have an important gig on Saturday and I’d prefer not to risk trying out the new networking changes if I don’t have to :wink:
