Screen for lyrics on Stage

For all of you using lyrics feature: which screen do you use on stage?

Looking for a solution for our singer - stage usuall too large for using an ipad. Should be at the front of the stage, and reasonable discreet if possible. I’ve had difficulties to find a pre-configured solution for that, aside from assembling kind of a tv screen in a housing myself… and how to connect the screen to a laptop which is running ableset/ableton Session?

Would be very interested which solutions you might have found already… ideally including transport option (not excessive touring with daily transport, but reasonably frequent gigs)

I don’t use any screens of this type on stage myself, but I’ve seen these at NAMM last year and they look like they might fit your needs: Wedge Teleprompter | Confidence Monitor | Large Screen

They’re fairly expensive though, so building something similar yourself could be the better way to go

This is what I use:

It’s HDMI only so you can plug it directly in to the computer running Ableset, or I put a raspberry pi computer inside running wifi so I can connect to Ableset without running any wires. Works great. All I have to do is plug the Raspberry Pi HDMI cable to inside the unit itself.

For traveling we have a 20” TFT in a self-made housing that we connect via (a long) cable.
In our rehearsal room we also have a 24” screen mounted on the ceiling rig. That one is feeded via screensharing through a firestick.
Both work fine for us.

Looks good - I’ll try to find something like this here in Germany. Maybe have a case built for a kind of regular screen, and use airplay to mirror a second screen from my ableton computer showing lyrics.
