Hey, I’m trying to use the new Cues feature and the Online TTS Voices. But unfortunately, only the macOS Default Voice and Jenny work. When I try to play the preview for the Online-Voice, an error “Couldn’t load preview” pops up.
Is there any way for me to fix this, or is this some bug which will get fixed in the future?

I’m sorry to hear that the Online voices don’t work on your machine. To troubleshoot this, could you send me a log package so I can take a closer look?
You can create one by opening AbleSet’s status window, clicking the settings icon on the top right, and then selecting “Create Log Package”. You can then upload it to my support inbox, linking this thread as a reference.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find out exactly what went wrong based on the logs from that version, but I just released AbleSet 3.1.2 which adds more logging around TTS.
Could you try updating and send me another log package if Online TTS still doesn’t work?
I’m having a similar issue with the online TTS voices. The default macOS voice works, but the preview for the online voices gives the “Couldn’t load preview” error. Could this be related to the latest AbleSet version, or is there a setting that needs to be enabled for the online voices to work?
