AbleSet 3.1.2

Cues

  • Added a new option for count-ins to always finish speaking the section name, even if it’s longer than one beat
  • Improved the Cues plugin installation process, with a more prominent dialog asking to restart Live to finish the plugin installation if needed
  • Renamed the default Custom Folder setting from “None” to “Default”
  • Fixed count-ins not working when a song has too many sections
  • Fixed count-ins not working for the 2nd section if the song’s first section didn’t align with song locator
  • Fixed the last section of a song being counted in even if it’s skipped
  • Fixed changes in the Cues folder not immediately reflecting in count-ins

Canvas

  • Made visibility conditions accept empty strings, “null”, and “undefined” as falsy values that hide an element

Setlist

  • Added the ability to copy and paste stops between songs from the clipboard
  • When adding locators for section clips, the created locators are now renamed to > automatically if you’re using Live 12.1 or newer

Lyrics

  • Added an option to show section descriptions in section headers
  • Fixed loop icon not being shown in section headers

General

  • Added the ability to add more than one guide flag to a track (e.g. +GUIDE +JUMPGUIDE) to keep it unmuted in both states
  • Improved the app’s overall size

Hello,

I think there may be a bug - OSC commands with dash in the group name (sendOsc(“/mixer/bt-bbcso/volume”, “0.7”) stopped working. I see these groups in the mixer page, but fader or mute button does not do anything on the track in Live. It worked before. Other tracks with simpler names (sendOsc(“/mixer/winds/volume”, “0.7”) work as before.

@Jan_Slawinski thank you for reporting this!

I was able to reproduce the issue on my machine and will ship a fix with the next update. In the meantime, the easiest workaround is replacing the dashes with underscores

178 LiveSets x 6 tracks with dashes… I think I’ll wait :joy: Thank you!
I think underscore did not work either, but maybe it was just in some specific beta. My backing track audio files was always named with underscore (BT_G.wav = BackTrack Guitar) and I am sure I tried to keep naming convention inside Ableton / AbleSet but had to change to dash, because underscore did something I didn’t like

Thank you for your great work, have a nice day!

Hi…
I think that my project script fires every time I save the project. Is that expected behavior? I don’t think it did that in the previous version.

Edit: Ok, not every time, but often. So that answers my question I guess

Edit 2: Maybe its not the project script itself, I have a button on canvas with similar function (setting track volumes to predefined values)… So maybe it’s the canvas firing random osc commands…? Sending the log package in a minute…

Hey @Jan_Slawinski, that’s a good reason to wait

AbleSet 3.1.3 fixes this issue, could you check if it works as expected now?

The project script should only run when the project is first loaded or when it’s changed. When this occurs again, could you send me a log package so I can take a closer look?

Yes, it works now  thank you!

Hello,

uploaded the log package just now…
