Our one year of free updates was up this last week, and I got some frantic texts that Ableset had reverted to Demo mode, and our team couldn’t use it without the license key. Is this typically what happens when your year ends? Or is this a bug? I didn’t receive any email that our year was up. I had Ableset activated on two computers, and both reverted to Demo mode.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the customer database last week that caused a total data loss for a few hours. During this time, when AbleSet would try to check if the license was still valid, it would not find a valid license in the database and thus would revert back into demo mode.
The issue is now resolved and you should be able to activate and use your license as expected.
