PSA: Fatal Database Issue

Hey everyone!

Due to a fatal database issue, I’ve unfortunately lost most of the customer database, which means the activation system won’t work for a while. I’ll do my best to fix this as soon as possible!

If possible, please don’t connect to the internet while using AbleSet until this is fixed.

Hello, I thought I was going crazy ! I literaly got the licence this morning…
Back to the 15 mins limit. Godspeed you ! Hope it gets fixed quickly !

All licenses should be back to normal now, though you might have to re-activate them first. Please let me know if you’re still experiencing any issues with your license.

I’m so sorry for this outage and will take measures to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future.

On re-activation it is only allowing the license to be used on 1 machine instead of 2.

Hello, same thing, I can’t activate on my other computer

Thank you for reporting this, the issue should be fixed now. Could you try activating your two computers again?

I checked my activations. I have 3 activation codes for two computers each. Right now all 3 of the codes are saying 0 of 2 activations used. Once this is fixed will each computer that I have assigned codes to be recognized again? Or will I have to start from scratch and log out/reassign codes?

Hey @BeSharp,

If you didn’t start AbleSet during the outage, you shouldn’t have to reactivate it manually. Once AbleSet is started, it will automatically register itself again and you should see it reflected in your account.
