Hi! I added a Visual metronome to a Canvas. It’s not in sync with playing audio.

Some of my tracks have negative track latencies to compensate lighting delay or orchestra vsti latencies. That makes visual metronome show counts too early. Same happens when there are plugins that cause latency.

Low prio for me but I got confused and might be helpful to you.

Hi! I would also support some kind of “compensation” for the visual metronome. E.g. I run a canvas via iPad, whole network connected via physical LAN cables (no WIFI involved), however the visual metronome on the iPad canvas still is “behind”/has obvious lag to the sound playback on the laptop. Would be great to make this perfectly in sync…..

I totally understand the use case. That said, I’m not sure how feasible it would be to implement.
