Unable to connect ableset to EXBOX MD

Hi Leo,

I’m unable to see my EXBOX MD with ableset.

I have two network one for dante and one for the rtp ableset ecc.

Ableset don’t fetch automatically the exbox and i notice that if I force ableset on the dante network i see it doesn’t connect.

You have same clues? thank you

There seems to be a problem with the security Permissions on some Mac and from what I can figure out is Mac Minis as I have both a laptop and a Mac mini running the same software and the laptop is fine but the Mac mini I have to unable and then re enable the security permissions on the network interface for AbleSet in Mac settings and then load ableset and It then works.

I have to do this on every boot. I think it’s a OS problem but can’t be sure

The issue here is a little bit strange let me explain a detail that I discover during the day.

I’m mac midi in connected to the exbox with the direct Ethernet peer in dhcp for Dante. I also have a usb c interface for all the rtp midi staff.

Ableset sees the two networks. I preferred the usb c network interface but If I try to select the Dante network it simply select it for a fraction of second and then return to the other network. So it makes me think that ableset don’t have access to the exbox network. I already tried to inactivate and then activate the local network permissions but it doesn’t work. I also have a MacBook that don’t have this issue
