I love AbleSet and I’m using it for our coverband. Right now we are in the process of desingning a concept for live karaoke. For that I would love to use the lyrics function of AbletSet. Right now it “only” shows the whole line for the lyrics, and I was wondering if it is possible to mark every word, according to the rhythm, of the backing track like in a normal karaoke setting.
Would love to hear about that

Not quite the same as what you’re asking (this won’t do it to the rhythm of the words) but the “[progress]” flag can be added to the +LYRICS track. You might be able to couple that with some smart timing of line changes to get somewhere close.
A non-AbleSet alternative would be to make karaoke videos and have them play on a video track while playback is occurring.
