Replace locators with dummy clips to define songs

Just bringing over the this feature request from the feedback webpage.
As Mike Drennan posted there:
Instead of using locators, a “SONGS” MIDI track could be used to define songs by placing a clip over the span of each song that contains the title and any flags/attributes. This would also remove the need to add a STOP/SONG END locator at the end of songs.
I know Leo said this is currently not possible, but one can wish😅

I’m slowly but surely laying the groundwork for this, but it might take a while still to be available :slight_smile:
