Remote devices view keeps resetting on 2.7.0?

Helllooo!

I may be missing something but my bandmates want to use Ipads to view the setlist remotely. I have a lock/password on Ableset so they can’t accidentally mess with controls and purely for viewing.

When in Performance View we hide a lot of the song information. When they visit the web page again it resets the view.

Do I need to save something or do they need to enter password then change the information displayed?

Hey @CharlesM1725, welcome to the forum!

My hunch is that the IP address of your computer might change every time you connect it to the network of your band. Browsers only store local data on a per-domain basis for security reasons, so AbleSet can only access its settings as long as the IP address stays the same, unfortunately.

Does this issue also occur when you use the playback computer’s hostname shown in AbleSet’s status window (e.g. playback.local) to connect to AbleSet from your iPads?
