Pre-roll/countdown before selection part of the song

Hi Leo,

I have another small feature idea that could be really helpful during rehearsals.

Sometimes, when we want to rehearse a specific section — like jumping straight to the chorus — it would be great if we could set a short countdown or pre-roll (for example, two bars) before playback actually starts. That way, we’d have a moment to get ready instead of jumping in cold right at the marker.

Do you think that could be added as an option?

This is already possible in AbleSet.
You’ll find this in the settings menu:

Does this count-in affect when we’re performing the show or can it just be for rehearsal? I’d love to know a bit more.

It won’t affect the show in any way.
It’s just a very handy option in case you need to start from any given section of a song.
