Hi, is it possible to send one or more Program Change messages right at the time of switching to the next Song without starting the Song in Ableton?

What do is have a 2 or 4 bar song section at the beginning of the song before the tracks play. This is where I have my cues announce the song and Program changes happen to switch my amp and lighting!
I call it “Song Announcement” before my “Intro” of my actual song. Hope this helps!
You can then have a +PAUSE to make the play head wait after the announcement section.
That way you have your program changes firing for the song in that announcement section and the song won’t play if that’s what you’re after
