OSC to Resolume float value

OSC is getting from ableton to Resolume on the network - but - it’s not triggering the clip.

I’m assuming is has something to do with the float value and how it gets sent.
I’m in rehearsal now - anyone got the fix until I can troubleshoot on my own?

might be user error. didn’t add a # after clips/(here)/connect. will try tomorrow. :slight_smile:

Please excuse my late reply!

Could you try adding the column number of the clip you want to trigger and let me know if that fixes it?

For example, to launch clip 1 in layer 1:

/composition/layers/1/clips/1/connect 1

If you open the OSC menu in resolume and select a clip, in the bottom right you’ll see the exact OSC address. Copy that in your clip in ableton and it should work assuming that your IP address and port are set up properly (which seems to be the case since receiving OSC strings already from ableton)
