Hello! Had a random bug where when I press play via Oaktone Mini 2 connected directly to laptop, no audio is outputting. Unplugging and re-plugging in the oaktone seemed to fix it, but it happened again shortly after. I’m unsure if the transport started and there was no audio, or if Ableset lost its connection to Ableton and the transport didnt start but Ableset thought it did.
It’s happened twice in 3 shows, laptop had been open and working fine moments before. Connected to B laptop via ablenet (wireless) and outputting via PlayAudio1U.
Haven’t been able to replicate the issue, just seems to happen randomly.

Could you elaborate on how everything is mapped? Are you using AbleSet’s MIDI mapping for the Mini 2 or are you mapping it through Live itself?
When you got no audio after pressing play, did that happen on both computers or just on one? Did the sine output for your PlayAUDIO1U continue to work or did it drop out?
AbleSet listens to the playback state from Ableton Live, so if playback hasn’t started, AbleSet won’t display a playing state.

Mapped as standard in Ableset, but Midi Controller over Ablenet is toggled to control both computers.
Happens on both computers -tested by flicking between A and B, lifesine is still active.
Is it possible the play command isnt reaching Ableton? As playback visually starts on Ableset but the transport doesnt start moving in Ableton

That’s strange. When this happens, does the play button in Live light up green?
If you like, you can send me a video of the issue along with a log package. You can create one by opening AbleSet’s status window, clicking the settings icon on the top right, and then selecting “Create Log Package”. All files can be uploaded to my support inbox.
I’ll check if I see anything unusual that might give an indication on what’s going wrong
