MIDI devices are occupied by Ableset

Describe your issue here:

After migration ableset to 2.6.x we started have issue that if we run ableset before ableton, midi devices which normally use ableton are occupied by Ableset. So now every time when we are restarting ableton we also need to stop ableset.

Please fill out these values to make it easier to troubleshoot:

  • OS and Version: Windows 10
  • Version of AbleSet: 2.6.7
  • Version of Ableton Live: 11.3.21

Same issue here. I am trying to use a M-Audio usb midi device and it is being hogged by ableset.

I just uploaded a new beta of AbleSet that addresses this MIDI issue: AbleSet 2.7.0-beta.2
