Lyrics track generator adding the audio not seems to load

Describe your issue here:

When I try to add the audio file to the generator it does not seems to take the audio an I have try both Mp3 and AAC Format

Please fill out these values to make it easier to troubleshoot:

  • OS and Version: macOS Ventura 13.6.3
  • Version of AbleSet: 2.5.7
  • Version of Ableton Live: 11.3

I’m sorry to hear that you’re seeing issues with loading audio files into the lyrics generator.

Could you tell me which browser you’re experiencing this issue on? Does using a different browser make a difference, and are you able to open the MP3 or AAC file in another player?

Hi am using Safari but I will try a another browser an see if that helps
but if u have any suggestions it would be find thanks

This tool uses your browser’s built-in decoders to read audio files, so there’s not a lot I can do about it myself, unfortunately.

Other than trying another browser, you could also try converting your audio file to WAV, AIF, or one of the other formats that Safari supports and check if that works better :slight_smile:
