Loopguide & guide track muted when using >>>

Hello.

I have an issue where both the loopguide & guide track I muted when using the “>>>” to jump to another section

is there a fix to this?

osx 13.7.8
ableset 2.6.7

I have the same issue. Have you or has anyone found a solution?

Hey @niklasnadidai and @niklasnadidai, thanks for reporting this!

It’s possible that something in your session routing or track configuration is causing the loop guide and guide track to mute when jumping sections. To take a closer look, could you send me a log package and include your project files as well?

You can create one by:

  1. Opening AbleSet’s Status Window
  2. Clicking the settings icon in the top right
  3. Selecting Create Log Package

Then, please upload the ZIP file here.

Once I have that, I’ll try to reproduce the issue on my end and look for a fix.
