I have on numerous occasions experienced a situation where ableset moves loop to current section AND enables the loop, even though “Loop current section” setting is turned off. Is this a known bug?
I am on 2.7.2.

Usually, AbleSet only moves and enables the loop bracket for sections that are marked with the +LOOP or +LOOPFULL flag.
This also happens when AbleSet receives the /loop/enable or /loop/toggle OSC command, either through the web app or from another device or app.
If this isn’t the case, could you send me a video of the behavior on your machine along with a log package including your project file so I can take a closer look at what might be causing this?
You can create one by opening AbleSet’s status window, clicking the settings icon on the top right, and then selecting “Create Log Package”.
If the files are too large to send via email, you can upload them to my support inbox instead.
