Ideas for highlighting 'unloopable' sections?

Was just wondering if anyone had any smart ideas on how to EXTREMELY clearly - highlight which sections in your song don’t work as loops.

I’m currently using colours to indicate general dynamics, which is really working well. I’m using section descriptions to describe any extra musical elements going on in that section.

I feel that something to do with the box colouring or style would be the nicest and clearest way to know not to loop a particular section (user identified)
Something like diagnal stripes on the setlist box? (Maybe a bit ugly)

Does anyone have any ideas that I could implement?

Hey @Simon,

If you’re not using them already for other purposes, Emoji could be a good way to mark sections that shouldn’t be looped. You could either place an emoji on the section name or its description, though you’ll only see the name in places like song progress bars.

Something like “Chorus :no_entry:” for a chorus that shouldn’t be looped or “Chorus :repeat:” for a chorus that can be looped.

Let me know if this would work for you

I think this will be a pretty decent work around!
Thanks so much for the idea
