I haven't received my license key

After paying via PayPal, I haven’t received my license key. My email address for logging in wasn’t found. And my emails to support haven’t been responded to.

How can I resolve this issue?

Unfortunately, there was a typo in your email address when you purchased the license, but I’ve fixed the typo in your AbleSet account and sent you the license key via email :slight_smile:

I havn’t received my license key either. I purchased the Standard version and it charged my account but didn’t provide me with a way to log in…please help.

Hey @Zachary_Wexelman, you should have received an email about 4 hours ago. Sometimes, when paying with third-party services like PayPal, it can take a bit longer for the payment to be processed :slight_smile:
