How to deactivate the navigation through Lyrics?

Describe your issue here:

Hi guys! How can I deactivate the feature to navigate through the song by clicking on an specific line or section of the lyrics (while the song is stopped)? I would like to prevent anyone to accidentally click further on the song while nobody else notices, as we could end up starting the song in the wrong section. Thanks in advance!

Hey @Jesus_Torres, welcome to the forum!

The easiest way to prevent accidental taps/clicks is to lock the device directly in Lyrics View. There’s a lock icon (:locked:) in the top-left corner. Tapping it will lock the whole interface on that device.

You can also lock devices via OSC using the following command:

/devices/lock [device name or "all"]

For example, /devices/lock all will lock every connected device at once.

If you want this to be even more restrictive, you can install the latest beta and also enable Lock Navigation specifically from the Devices page:

  1. Go to Devices (top navigation bar)
  2. Click on the browser you want to lock
  3. Enable the Lock Navigation toggle

This will prevent that device from navigating away from Lyrics View, in addition to being locked.
