Hey @Bart_D, welcome to the forum!
Currently, this isn’t possible, but it should be fairly simple to add this feature to AbleSet. I’ve put it on my todo list and will release an update soon.
Thank you very much Leo!
I just released AbleSet 2.5.2 which adds the ability to show/hide/toggle the floating window via OSC, and therefore also via MIDI using AbleSet’s MIDI mapping feature.
Available commands are:
/floatingWindow show
/floatingWindow hide
/floatingWindow toggle
I hope this helps!
Thank you! Will try asap! You rock!
Is there any way to get the floating window (or super clean window like the floating window) when I am logging in to Ablest on a remote computer?
Hey @clarocque,
If you’re using macOS Sonoma, you can open AbleSet in Safari, then click the Share icon and select “Add to Dock”:
Once you’ve created the Dock shortcut, click on it to launch AbleSet in a minimal browser window:
On older versions of macOS, you can use apps like Fluid or Coherence to create a minimal browser window for AbleSet.
I hope this helps!
Perfect thanks! This is what I wanted.
