Thank you for the log package and the specs!
I feel like this issue is caused by the way Ableton Live handles loading files on Windows. You could reach out to their support team and ask them if they have any solution for this.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any workaround or solution to this other than using a single project file with the songs you need for now

Thanks for your reply and taking a look.
Your comments lead me to look into how Windows handles files when they’re loading. It seems the Virus and threat protection settings scans files before opening them. In this case everytime Ableset tries to open the next song in the multifile project, Windows scans the file, slowing down the load time.
I’ve since excluded the folder that I store the song files and Voilà, it’s so much quicker. I also have throttle stop running which increased the load speed slightly also, but I feel the main culprit was Windows itself.
