Feature Request: Group Buttons into a Folder That Opens in a New Tab

Hi Leo,

I’m currently using AbleSet 3.0.0-Beta.6 and would like to know if it’s possible to group certain buttons into a folder that opens in a new tab when clicked.

For me, the core playback buttons I use most of the time are just Play, Stop, Pause, Next, Previous, and Setlist. Ideally, I’d like to keep only those visible on my canvas most of the time. However, I occasionally need access to some specific functions.

It would be very convenient if there were a way to collect those additional buttons in a folder so they don’t clutter the main canvas, but are still easily accessible when needed.

Hey @GOODSHOW, thank you for the suggestion!

I had thought of adding a kind of tab bar element that would allow you to switch between multiple canvases, so you could create a basic canvas with just the important buttons and the setlist, and a 2nd canvas with your advanced buttons.

I think the ability to switch canvases with a canvas button would be great!
