I’m in a band that’s 50/50 live versus backing tracks. We use Ableset to output lyrics to a prompter (confidence monitor). It works great displaying lyrics in time with a track IF there are tracks that the band plays along with. However, it would be great to send larger chunks lyrics to the prompter and use a midi pedal to advance the lyrics for songs that we don’t have trax too. I’d like to prepare a “dummy” song that would simply display the lyrics in chunks. – make sense?
