I’m relatively new to Ableset. Using it on it’s first gig very soon. Have a setlist with only 12 songs in it but having dropouts. Very annoying. Is this bug fix happening soon please!!!

I just replied to your email but will add the same troubleshooting steps here in case someone else experiences the same issues:
- Set the buffer size lower than 256 samples. This sounds counterintuitive, but this forces Live to use your Mac’s performance cores and prevents macOS from switching the app to the efficiency cores, which might cause audio dropouts.
- Check if the dropouts occur on another audio interface as well. Some audio interfaces can cause issues depending on the version of macOS you’re using, so it can’t hurt to try out another to rule this out.
- Restart your Mac. I found that Live can sometimes be unstable when your Mac was connected to Bluetooth audio devices before, for example. Restarting should fix that.
- If you have an iPhone, disable Continuity Camera in the settings. This sometimes causes a new audio input for your iPhone to appear on macOS, which can also cause audio dropouts.
