Clip flagged with HiQ

In Ableton, in ClipView, on the Tool Tab, each clip can be flagged “HiQ”.

Would be great to read some experiences with this.
Have you explored that? Do you do it? Maybe are there scenarios (when pitch change is frequent?) where you use it, and other times not?

I usually keep the HiQ toggle switched on and never had any performance issues with it. However, it seems that you should be able to turn it off when you don’t do any sort of pitch shifting.
