Click Tempo Changes When Linking Songs in AbleSet (v3.0.4)

Hi,

I’m currently using version 3.0.4.

When using AbleSet to chain songs together (by using the “Song End” locator and choosing whether or not to enable AutoStop), I’ve encountered an issue:

When two songs play consecutively, the click of the second song starts fluctuating in tempo. It’s no longer at the originally set fixed tempo — instead, it slightly speeds up and slows down on almost every beat.

However, if I play the second song on its own (without chaining it to the previous song), the click works perfectly fine.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
I’ve already confirmed that this is not related to Song Tempo Follow.
Even when I bounce the click of the second song to audio instead of MIDI, the issue still occurs.

Thanks for reporting this!
It would be really helpful if you could send a short video recording showing this behavior.

Could you also please send a Log Package?

You can create a log package by opening AbleSet’s status window, clicking the settings icon on the top right, and then selecting “Create Log Package”.
Please make sure to include your project files as well (just the .als files, no audio needed).

To send the files, you can upload them to AbleSet’s support inbox.
