Hey there, I can’t for the life of me work out how to centre the lyrics on the lyrics page, it is all aligned to the left…
Is this a thing at all?

By default, lyrics are centered and lyrics with chords are aligned to the left. You can override the alignment by adding it to your lyrics track name as an attribute, e.g. Vocals +LYRICS [center].
