AbleSet not Syncing/Loading Session

AbleSet not syncing/recognizing session:

Just bought and downloaded today after hearing a ton of great things. Initially had problems with Ableset connecting and authorizing but got it together. Ableset initially worked on the first session I opened and ran, ran as intended. However, having more issues now with AbleSet recognizing the session/markers/data and when the Ableset window opens, nothing loads into it (the small window nor the browser window formats).

I’ve tried this on a couple different sessions to see if there was something with the particular session, same result. Also tried restarting/redownloading/and that whole nine yards of a process. No cigar with it.

I am getting the “AbleSet is up and running” screen in the app window however.

  • OS and Version: (macOS Ventura 13.6.9)
  • Version of AbleSet: (2.7.1)
  • Version of Ableton Live: (12.0.5)

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the app! To troubleshoot this, could you send me a log package along with a video or screen recording showing the behavior of AbleSet on your machine?

You can create a log package by opening AbleSet’s status window, clicking the settings icon on the top right, and then selecting “Create Log Package”.
