Hey @cb2026, welcome to the forum!
Sorry to hear that’s happening!
Could you please create a Log Package? You can create a log package by opening AbleSet’s icon tray, clicking the gear icon, and then selecting “Create Log Package”. Please make sure to include your project files as well (just the .als files, no audio needed). To send the files, you can upload them to AbleSet’s support inbox.
I’m looking forward to your reply!
I just sent the files, and thank you for taking a look at my issue! One file is with multi-file enabled and has only two songs. With multi-file enabled, when I select one of the songs, it loads into Ableton, but the cues only trigger when I manually click the song sections in performance view.
The other zip file I sent you is the same song, originally selected in multi-file mode. I did not close the project and re-open anything. All I did was disable multi-file mode under global settings after the song loaded with multi-file enabled. As soon as I disable multi-file mode, the Ableset cues work as they should and trigger during playback.
I am not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I started building a master set in Ableton with only three songs. I called it “ABLESET Worship Set Template”. Once I got the three songs working properly, I collected all and saved. I decided to use the same project as a template so that I could start building individual songs that I could load on the fly using the multi-file option. Once I deleted the stems from two songs, I saved the new project with the song name, collected all again and saved. But now the cues will not work once I load the individual song. Sorry for the long text, but I wanted to give you some insight up to the point of my issue.
Thanks once again!
