I have a Template that I build my sessions from. I have my custom cues folder saved into the Template project folder, but the custom Cues does not copy over into the new session Project folder when I “Save Live Set As”. So each time I “Save Live Set As” I have to re input the cues. Is this normal behavior?
If theres not a way around that, could there be a possibility of the Custom Cues folder living on the computer separate from the Project folder? Or is that the intention for this to work properly?

That’s expected behavior. It comes down to how Ableton Live handles “Save Live Set As” rather than anything AbleSet controls: when you save into a new project folder, Live only creates what the Live Set itself needs. It doesn’t carry over the previous project folder’s contents, which is where AbleSet’s Custom Cues live.
As for having the Custom Cues folder live separately from the project folder, there’s currently no built-in option for that (unlike Custom Styles, which has a global folder you can point to via the gear icon menu). The Cues/Custom folder is designed to live inside each project’s AbleSet folder.
I’ll pass along the idea of a shared/global Custom Cues location as a feature suggestion.
