Occansionally plays 2 bars form the count in from the next song before jumping in the setlist

The root cause is usually how the locators/markers are set up in the Ableton session, so let’s check that first.

A few things to verify in your project:

  1. Every song should start with a locator exactly on beat 1 of a bar.
  2. Every song should end with a SONG END locator, also on beat 1 of a bar whenever possible.
  3. Add a time signature change right at the start of each song — even if it’s the same time signature as before (e.g. 4/4 to 4/4).
  4. Once you do this, save your project and reload.
