Ableset dropping licences & Website Error

I have 3 ableset licences running on 6 machines. Ableset has dropped the licences for 2 of those machines and when I try to reactivate it tells me the licences are already in use. These are the same machines that have run it for a long time.

When I go to the website to check my licences, it says I only have 2 which has never been the case.

Sat in production rehearsals without a show currently, need assistance ASAP!

You’re right, that’s definitely not supposed to happen!

There was a database outage last December due to which I had to rebuild the entire customer database and license system. It seems like your license didn’t properly make it back in, but I just fixed this issue so you should be able to activate all your machines again.

I see that you just purchased a new license, would you like me to refund it?
